So you've registered an account and you are wondering " What do I do now? " No worries, we've got you covered! Read this cleaner user guide to know how to get started as an Independent Lave Cleaner and acquire your first Lave customer.

To achieve top safety and keep all our users secure, we require every user to validate and confirm their identity by sending a valid piece of identity from their respective country. Lave Inc partners with ComplyCube to validate everyone on the platform.
Steps to getting your first customer
In order to be able to accept cleaning offers on the Lave platform, complete the steps below :
1. Upload Avatar
2. Validate Identity
3. Create Merchant Account
4. Accepting Contracts
1. Upload Avatar
- Open the User Menu by clicking on the user avatar
- Click on Settings
- On Settings page, locate Avatar and click on Change or Edit
- When the Avatar page opens, click on the Camera to upload photo
2. Validate Identity
- Open the User Menu by clicking on the user avatar
-Click on Billing
- On the Billing page click on Validate Identity
- Next you will be redirect to ComplyCube to proceed with verification.
3. Create Merchant Account
- Open the User Menu by clicking on the user avatar
-Click on Billing
- On the Billing page click on Edit Merchant Account
- Next you will be redirect to Stripe Merchant Onboarding
4. Accepting Contracts
Once you have completed all the steps above, you can now safely starts earning money by accepting contracts on the map.
To accept contracts, open any listing posted on the map or the search page and click on the dollar sign.
5. Cleaning Tasks & Getting Paid
At Lave we make cleaning very easy for you by providing you with a cleaning checklist for every room. In order to get paid, you must check all the tasks and click on "Laved". The money will be automatically transferred to your merchant account. To access this checklist, simply open the listing and click on the notepad.
