So you've registered an account and you are wondering " How do I get cleaning services? " No worries, we've got you covered! Read this host user guide to know how to get started as a Lave customer and get your first cleaning service.

At Lave Inc, we pride ourselves in providing one of the safest and most convenient global marketplace for Independent Residential Cleaners. To achieve top safety and keep all our users secure, we require every user to validate and confirm their identity by sending a valid piece of identity from their respective country. Lave Inc partners with ComplyCube to validate everyone on the platform.
Steps to getting your first service
In order to be able to post cleaning offers on the Lave platform, complete the steps below :
1. Upload Avatar
2. Validate Identity
3. Posting Cleaning Offers
1. Upload Avatar
- Open the User Menu by clicking on the user avatar
- Click on Settings
- On Settings page, locate Avatar and click on Change or Edit
- When the Avatar page opens, click on the Camera to upload photo
2. Validate Identity
- Open the User Menu by clicking on the user avatar
-Click on Billing
- On the Billing page click on Validate Identity
- Next you will be redirect to ComplyCube to proceed with verification.
3. Posting Cleaning Offers
There are 2 different ways that you can request cleaning/laving service.
1. Booking Through User Menu
Once you are logged inside the Lave app :
- Open the User Menu by clicking on the user avatar
- On the User Menu click on Booking
2. Booking Through Calendar
Once you are logged inside the Lave app :
- Open the User Menu by clicking on the user avatar
- On the User Menu click on Calendar
- On the Calendar page, click on the 'plus' button
- On the booking page, upload a good photo of the property and fill up the form according to your needs
