How do I request cleaning/laving services?

If you need cleaning services, first make sure you are logged in as 'host' or 'homeowner'. If you are logged in as 'cleaner' you need to click on 'switch to hosting'. Click here to know how to switch account. This page only covers bookings.

There are 2 different ways that you can request cleaning/laving service.

1. Booking Through User Menu

Once you are logged inside the Lave app :

- Open the User Menu by clicking on the user avatar

- On the User Menu click on Booking

2. Booking Through Calendar

Once you are logged inside the Lave app :

- Open the User Menu by clicking on the user avatar

- On the User Menu click on Calendar

- On the Calendar page, click on the 'plus' button

- On the booking page,  upload a good photo of the property and fill up the form according to your needs
